Position: Sales Representative - Channel We seek a dedicated and solutions-focused Sales Representative - Channel to join our cross-functional, high-performing team. The selected professional will thrive in a data-driven, efficiency-focused, and collaborative work environment. Scope of Responsibilities: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, distributors, and decision-makers. Identify customer needs and recommend customised solutions to maximise value. Manage upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the existing customer base. Deliver compelling product presentations, demos, and negotiations for B2B and B2C clients. Track pipeline, forecasts, and activities in CRM tools and deliver regular performance updates. Develop and execute territory and account plans to achieve and exceed sales targets. Represent the organisation at trade events, industry conferences, and client meetings. Coordinate with legal and finance teams on contract terms, pricing, and deal closure. Competencies and Qualifications: Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple concurrent responsibilities. Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to synthesise and present complex information clearly. Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline; master's degree or professional certification is preferred. Proficiency in relevant software and digital tools specific to the functional area. Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with a client-service orientation. Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue and quota targets.
