Position: Senior Sales Associate We are seeking a highly qualified and motivated Senior Sales Associate to join our dynamic and growing team. Responsibilities Include: Prospect, qualify, and develop new business opportunities through outreach and networking. Manage upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the existing customer base. Deliver compelling product presentations, demos, and negotiations for B2B and B2C clients. Develop strategic account plans with clear objectives, stakeholder maps, and revenue targets. Coordinate with legal and finance teams on contract terms, pricing, and deal closure. Identify customer needs and recommend customised solutions to maximise value. Represent the organisation at trade events, industry conferences, and client meetings. Track pipeline, forecasts, and activities in CRM tools and deliver regular performance updates. Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's or master's degree in a related discipline with strong academic and professional credentials. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills across all organisational levels. Hands-on experience with tools, software, and platforms standard to the profession. Willingness to travel, adapt, and take on additional responsibilities as the business demands. 26 years of relevant industry experience with evidence of increasing responsibility. A structured, results-driven approach with the ability to meet defined milestones consistently. Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue and quota targets.
