Position: Sales Operations & Strategy Analyst Our firm seeks a competent and professional Sales Operations & Strategy Analyst for a critical role in a high-performance environment. Role Responsibilities: Partner with marketing on joint GTM campaigns, events, and lead generation programmes. Conduct in-depth market research to identify untapped opportunities and whitespace accounts. Conduct regular business reviews and present value realisation reports to clients. Negotiate commercial agreements, pricing structures, and SLAs aligned to business objectives. Coordinate with delivery, operations, and product teams to resolve client escalations. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quota with consistent performance delivery. Develop and execute outbound prospecting strategies to add new logos in the territory. Contribute competitive intelligence and market insights to the broader sales team. Education and Experience Requirements: Minimum 35 years of progressive professional experience in a comparable role. High degree of professionalism, integrity, and alignment with organisational values. A bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field; postgraduate qualifications are an added advantage. Experience collaborating within cross-functional teams and matrix organisational structures. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate complex challenges. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; fluency in English is essential. Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue and quota targets.
