Position: Inside Sales Executive We are currently recruiting a results-oriented Inside Sales Executive to strengthen our high-performing team. This position offers the opportunity to work with a diverse, cross-functional team in a results-oriented culture. Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Contribute competitive intelligence and market insights to the broader sales team. Partner with marketing on joint GTM campaigns, events, and lead generation programmes. Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities within assigned market segments. Act as primary relationship owner for key accounts ensuring retention and growth. Conduct in-depth market research to identify untapped opportunities and whitespace accounts. Coordinate with delivery, operations, and product teams to resolve client escalations. Develop and execute outbound prospecting strategies to add new logos in the territory. Conduct regular business reviews and present value realisation reports to clients. Required Qualifications: Proficiency in relevant software and digital tools specific to the functional area. Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to synthesise and present complex information clearly. Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with a client-service orientation. Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple concurrent responsibilities. At least 24 years of hands-on experience in a comparable professional setting. Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue and quota targets.
