Scope of Responsibilities: Manage upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the existing customer base. Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams to ensure a seamless buyer journey. Monitor market trends, competition, and customer feedback to sharpen sales strategy. Track pipeline, forecasts, and activities in CRM tools and deliver regular performance updates. Develop and execute territory and account plans to achieve and exceed sales targets. Develop strategic account plans with clear objectives, stakeholder maps, and revenue targets. Represent the organisation at trade events, industry conferences, and client meetings. Deliver compelling product presentations, demos, and negotiations for B2B and B2C clients. Competencies and Qualifications: Proficiency in relevant software and digital tools specific to the functional area. Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to synthesise and present complex information clearly. Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with a client-service orientation. At least 24 years of hands-on experience in a comparable professional setting. Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple concurrent responsibilities. Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline; master's degree or professional certification is preferred. Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue and quota targets.
