Principal Responsibilities: Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quota with consistent performance delivery. Support the development of sales collateral, case studies, and pitch decks. Partner with marketing on joint GTM campaigns, events, and lead generation programmes. Conduct regular business reviews and present value realisation reports to clients. Coordinate with delivery, operations, and product teams to resolve client escalations. Conduct in-depth market research to identify untapped opportunities and whitespace accounts. Develop and execute outbound prospecting strategies to add new logos in the territory. Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline with rigorous funnel hygiene and CRM discipline. Candidate Requirements: Leadership experience with a track record of guiding teams, projects, or cross-functional initiatives. Advanced competency in analytical tools, reporting platforms, and role-specific technology. Sound understanding of organisational dynamics and stakeholder management in complex environments. Effective presentation skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas with clarity. 5+ years of experience with demonstrated progression in scope, complexity, and responsibility. Critical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate insights into clear actions. Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue and quota targets.
