Position: Community Sales Associate We invite a proactive and capable Community Sales Associate to lead and execute within a collaborative, agile environment. Core Responsibilities: Develop and execute territory and account plans to achieve and exceed sales targets. Coordinate with legal and finance teams on contract terms, pricing, and deal closure. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, distributors, and decision-makers. Represent the organisation at trade events, industry conferences, and client meetings. Manage upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the existing customer base. Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams to ensure a seamless buyer journey. Minimum Qualifications: Collaborative, proactive, and able to operate effectively with minimal supervision. 4+ years of experience with a demonstrated track record of growth and professional impact. Superior writing and communication skills with experience preparing executive-level documents. Expertise in applying quantitative and qualitative methods to support evidence-based decisions. Relevant undergraduate or postgraduate degree aligned with the role's core responsibilities. Knowledge of applicable regulatory frameworks, industry standards, and compliance requirements.
