Position: Inside Sales Rep We seek a dedicated and solutions-focused Inside Sales Rep to join our cross-functional, high-performing team. The selected professional will thrive in a data-driven, efficiency-focused, and collaborative work environment. Duties and Accountabilities: Develop and execute territory and account plans to achieve and exceed sales targets. Deliver compelling product presentations, demos, and negotiations for B2B and B2C clients. Develop strategic account plans with clear objectives, stakeholder maps, and revenue targets. Manage upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the existing customer base. Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams to ensure a seamless buyer journey. Represent the organisation at trade events, industry conferences, and client meetings. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, distributors, and decision-makers. Coordinate with legal and finance teams on contract terms, pricing, and deal closure. Key Skills and Qualifications: Recognised qualification in the relevant professional field at the undergraduate or graduate level. Effective presentation skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas with clarity. Critical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate insights into clear actions. Commitment to professional ethics, confidentiality, and the highest standards of conduct. Leadership experience with a track record of guiding teams, projects, or cross-functional initiatives. Advanced competency in analytical tools, reporting platforms, and role-specific technology. Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue and quota targets.
