Position: Sales Associate Our organisation is looking for an ambitious Sales Associate committed to quality outcomes and sustained growth. Main Accountabilities: Contribute competitive intelligence and market insights to the broader sales team. Negotiate commercial agreements, pricing structures, and SLAs aligned to business objectives. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quota with consistent performance delivery. Partner with marketing on joint GTM campaigns, events, and lead generation programmes. Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline with rigorous funnel hygiene and CRM discipline. Develop and execute outbound prospecting strategies to add new logos in the territory. Essential Skills and Experience: Collaborative, proactive, and able to operate effectively with minimal supervision. Knowledge of applicable regulatory frameworks, industry standards, and compliance requirements. Relevant undergraduate or postgraduate degree aligned with the role's core responsibilities. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate, high-quality deliverables. 4+ years of experience with a demonstrated track record of growth and professional impact. Superior writing and communication skills with experience preparing executive-level documents. Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue and quota targets.
