Position: SALES ASSOCIATE Our firm seeks a competent and professional SALES ASSOCIATE for a critical role in a high-performance environment. Develop and execute outbound prospecting strategies to add new logos in the territory. Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline with rigorous funnel hygiene and CRM discipline. Coordinate with delivery, operations, and product teams to resolve client escalations. Act as primary relationship owner for key accounts ensuring retention and growth. Conduct in-depth market research to identify untapped opportunities and whitespace accounts. Candidate Requirements: Sound understanding of organisational dynamics and stakeholder management in complex environments. Leadership experience with a track record of guiding teams, projects, or cross-functional initiatives. Effective presentation skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas with clarity. Critical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate insights into clear actions. Advanced competency in analytical tools, reporting platforms, and role-specific technology. 5+ years of experience with demonstrated progression in scope, complexity, and responsibility.
