Position: REGIONAL SALES MANAGERS We are looking for a strategic and detail-oriented REGIONAL SALES MANAGERS to deliver excellence across key functions. Core Responsibilities: Deliver compelling product presentations, demos, and negotiations for B2B and B2C clients. Coordinate with legal and finance teams on contract terms, pricing, and deal closure. Track pipeline, forecasts, and activities in CRM tools and deliver regular performance updates. Manage upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the existing customer base. Identify customer needs and recommend customised solutions to maximise value. Monitor market trends, competition, and customer feedback to sharpen sales strategy. Prospect, qualify, and develop new business opportunities through outreach and networking. Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams to ensure a seamless buyer journey. Minimum Qualifications: Knowledge of applicable regulatory frameworks, industry standards, and compliance requirements. Relevant undergraduate or postgraduate degree aligned with the role's core responsibilities. 4+ years of experience with a demonstrated track record of growth and professional impact. Strong project management capabilities with experience in agile or structured methodologies. Expertise in applying quantitative and qualitative methods to support evidence-based decisions. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate, high-quality deliverables. Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue and quota targets.
