Position: Commercial Sales Manager We are seeking a highly qualified and motivated Commercial Sales Manager to join our dynamic and growing team. Scope of Responsibilities: Develop strategic account plans with clear objectives, stakeholder maps, and revenue targets. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, distributors, and decision-makers. Track pipeline, forecasts, and activities in CRM tools and deliver regular performance updates. Manage upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the existing customer base. Represent the organisation at trade events, industry conferences, and client meetings. Prospect, qualify, and develop new business opportunities through outreach and networking. Deliver compelling product presentations, demos, and negotiations for B2B and B2C clients. Monitor market trends, competition, and customer feedback to sharpen sales strategy. Competencies and Qualifications: Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple concurrent responsibilities. Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline; master's degree or professional certification is preferred. Commitment to ongoing professional learning and industry knowledge enhancement. Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with a client-service orientation. Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to synthesise and present complex information clearly. Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue and quota targets.
