Position: Kellogg Sales Representative We are looking for a strategic and detail-oriented Kellogg Sales Representative to deliver excellence across key functions. Scope of Responsibilities: Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams to ensure a seamless buyer journey. Develop and execute territory and account plans to achieve and exceed sales targets. Identify customer needs and recommend customised solutions to maximise value. Coordinate with legal and finance teams on contract terms, pricing, and deal closure. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, distributors, and decision-makers. Monitor market trends, competition, and customer feedback to sharpen sales strategy. Deliver compelling product presentations, demos, and negotiations for B2B and B2C clients. Manage upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the existing customer base. Competencies and Qualifications: Commitment to ongoing professional learning and industry knowledge enhancement. Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple concurrent responsibilities. Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline; master's degree or professional certification is preferred. At least 24 years of hands-on experience in a comparable professional setting. Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to synthesise and present complex information clearly. Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
