Position: SALES ASSOCIATE Join our forward-thinking team as a SALES ASSOCIATE and play a pivotal role in our continued success. This role provides exposure to strategic initiatives and direct collaboration with senior leadership. Role Responsibilities: Contribute competitive intelligence and market insights to the broader sales team. Develop and execute outbound prospecting strategies to add new logos in the territory. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quota with consistent performance delivery. Conduct in-depth market research to identify untapped opportunities and whitespace accounts. Conduct regular business reviews and present value realisation reports to clients. Partner with marketing on joint GTM campaigns, events, and lead generation programmes. Act as primary relationship owner for key accounts ensuring retention and growth. Support the development of sales collateral, case studies, and pitch decks. Education and Experience Requirements: Experience collaborating within cross-functional teams and matrix organisational structures. Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a deadline-driven, dynamic environment. A bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field; postgraduate qualifications are an added advantage. Demonstrated proficiency with industry-standard tools, platforms, and methodologies. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; fluency in English is essential. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate complex challenges. Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue and quota targets.
