Position: Sales Representative We are currently recruiting a results-oriented Sales Representative to strengthen our high-performing team. Principal Responsibilities: Conduct regular business reviews and present value realisation reports to clients. Negotiate commercial agreements, pricing structures, and SLAs aligned to business objectives. Contribute competitive intelligence and market insights to the broader sales team. Support the development of sales collateral, case studies, and pitch decks. Develop and execute outbound prospecting strategies to add new logos in the territory. Act as primary relationship owner for key accounts ensuring retention and growth. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quota with consistent performance delivery. Coordinate with delivery, operations, and product teams to resolve client escalations. Candidate Requirements: Recognised qualification in the relevant professional field at the undergraduate or graduate level. 5+ years of experience with demonstrated progression in scope, complexity, and responsibility. Critical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate insights into clear actions. Commitment to professional ethics, confidentiality, and the highest standards of conduct. Advanced competency in analytical tools, reporting platforms, and role-specific technology. Sound understanding of organisational dynamics and stakeholder management in complex environments. Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue and quota targets.
