Position: Sales Associate NJ Our firm seeks a competent and professional Sales Associate NJ for a critical role in a high-performance environment. This position offers the opportunity to work with a diverse, cross-functional team in a results-oriented culture. Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Contribute competitive intelligence and market insights to the broader sales team. Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline with rigorous funnel hygiene and CRM discipline. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quota with consistent performance delivery. Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities within assigned market segments. Negotiate commercial agreements, pricing structures, and SLAs aligned to business objectives. Act as primary relationship owner for key accounts ensuring retention and growth. Develop and execute outbound prospecting strategies to add new logos in the territory. Support the development of sales collateral, case studies, and pitch decks. Required Qualifications: Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to synthesise and present complex information clearly. Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple concurrent responsibilities. Proficiency in relevant software and digital tools specific to the functional area. Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline; master's degree or professional certification is preferred. Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. Commitment to ongoing professional learning and industry knowledge enhancement. Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue and quota targets.
