Position: Sales Associate We are looking for a strategic and detail-oriented Sales Associate to deliver excellence across key functions. The incumbent will operate in a structured yet agile environment that prioritises quality and professional growth. Key Responsibilities: Track pipeline, forecasts, and activities in CRM tools and deliver regular performance updates. Develop and execute territory and account plans to achieve and exceed sales targets. Deliver compelling product presentations, demos, and negotiations for B2B and B2C clients. Coordinate with legal and finance teams on contract terms, pricing, and deal closure. Prospect, qualify, and develop new business opportunities through outreach and networking. Develop strategic account plans with clear objectives, stakeholder maps, and revenue targets. Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams to ensure a seamless buyer journey. Monitor market trends, competition, and customer feedback to sharpen sales strategy. Qualifications and Requirements: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; fluency in English is essential. Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a deadline-driven, dynamic environment. A bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field; postgraduate qualifications are an added advantage. High degree of professionalism, integrity, and alignment with organisational values. Demonstrated proficiency with industry-standard tools, platforms, and methodologies. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate complex challenges. Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue and quota targets.
