Position: Sales Associates An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a talented Sales Associates to contribute to our mission. Duties and Accountabilities: Develop and execute territory and account plans to achieve and exceed sales targets. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, distributors, and decision-makers. Prospect, qualify, and develop new business opportunities through outreach and networking. Track pipeline, forecasts, and activities in CRM tools and deliver regular performance updates. Coordinate with legal and finance teams on contract terms, pricing, and deal closure. Monitor market trends, competition, and customer feedback to sharpen sales strategy. Identify customer needs and recommend customised solutions to maximise value. Manage upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the existing customer base. Key Skills and Qualifications: Critical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate insights into clear actions. Advanced competency in analytical tools, reporting platforms, and role-specific technology. Effective presentation skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas with clarity. 5+ years of experience with demonstrated progression in scope, complexity, and responsibility. Recognised qualification in the relevant professional field at the undergraduate or graduate level. Leadership experience with a track record of guiding teams, projects, or cross-functional initiatives. Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue and quota targets.
