Position: Fintech Sales Manager Our organisation invites applications from accomplished professionals for the role of Fintech Sales Manager. Role Responsibilities: Support the development of sales collateral, case studies, and pitch decks. Negotiate commercial agreements, pricing structures, and SLAs aligned to business objectives. Conduct regular business reviews and present value realisation reports to clients. Act as primary relationship owner for key accounts ensuring retention and growth. Conduct in-depth market research to identify untapped opportunities and whitespace accounts. Coordinate with delivery, operations, and product teams to resolve client escalations. Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities within assigned market segments. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quota with consistent performance delivery. Education and Experience Requirements: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate complex challenges. A bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field; postgraduate qualifications are an added advantage. Demonstrated proficiency with industry-standard tools, platforms, and methodologies. Experience collaborating within cross-functional teams and matrix organisational structures. High degree of professionalism, integrity, and alignment with organisational values. Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a deadline-driven, dynamic environment. Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue and quota targets.
