Position: Sales Operations Associate A dynamic organisation seeks an experienced Sales Operations Associate to take on a multifaceted and impactful role. Principal Responsibilities: Negotiate commercial agreements, pricing structures, and SLAs aligned to business objectives. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quota with consistent performance delivery. Act as primary relationship owner for key accounts ensuring retention and growth. Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities within assigned market segments. Support the development of sales collateral, case studies, and pitch decks. Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline with rigorous funnel hygiene and CRM discipline. Conduct regular business reviews and present value realisation reports to clients. Develop and execute outbound prospecting strategies to add new logos in the territory. Candidate Requirements: Critical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate insights into clear actions. Recognised qualification in the relevant professional field at the undergraduate or graduate level. Advanced competency in analytical tools, reporting platforms, and role-specific technology. 5+ years of experience with demonstrated progression in scope, complexity, and responsibility. Leadership experience with a track record of guiding teams, projects, or cross-functional initiatives. Effective presentation skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas with clarity. Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue and quota targets.
