Position: Sales Representative We are on the lookout for a well-rounded Sales Representative to contribute to our operational and strategic priorities. Core Responsibilities: Prospect, qualify, and develop new business opportunities through outreach and networking. Develop strategic account plans with clear objectives, stakeholder maps, and revenue targets. Represent the organisation at trade events, industry conferences, and client meetings. Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams to ensure a seamless buyer journey. Develop and execute territory and account plans to achieve and exceed sales targets. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, distributors, and decision-makers. Coordinate with legal and finance teams on contract terms, pricing, and deal closure. Track pipeline, forecasts, and activities in CRM tools and deliver regular performance updates. Minimum Qualifications: Collaborative, proactive, and able to operate effectively with minimal supervision. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate, high-quality deliverables. Superior writing and communication skills with experience preparing executive-level documents. 4+ years of experience with a demonstrated track record of growth and professional impact. Strong project management capabilities with experience in agile or structured methodologies. Knowledge of applicable regulatory frameworks, industry standards, and compliance requirements.
