Position: Business Developer We seek a dedicated and solutions-focused Business Developer to join our cross-functional, high-performing team. The selected professional will thrive in a data-driven, efficiency-focused, and collaborative work environment. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate with legal and finance teams on contract terms, pricing, and deal closure. Prospect, qualify, and develop new business opportunities through outreach and networking. Track pipeline, forecasts, and activities in CRM tools and deliver regular performance updates. Deliver compelling product presentations, demos, and negotiations for B2B and B2C clients. Develop strategic account plans with clear objectives, stakeholder maps, and revenue targets. Develop and execute territory and account plans to achieve and exceed sales targets. Represent the organisation at trade events, industry conferences, and client meetings. Manage upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the existing customer base. Qualifications and Requirements: A bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field; postgraduate qualifications are an added advantage. Demonstrated proficiency with industry-standard tools, platforms, and methodologies. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate complex challenges. Experience collaborating within cross-functional teams and matrix organisational structures. Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a deadline-driven, dynamic environment. High degree of professionalism, integrity, and alignment with organisational values. Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue and quota targets.
