Position: Inbound Sales Manager Join our forward-thinking team as a Inbound Sales Manager and play a pivotal role in our continued success. This position is embedded within a high-functioning team that prizes collaboration, innovation, and quality. Principal Responsibilities: Support the development of sales collateral, case studies, and pitch decks. Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline with rigorous funnel hygiene and CRM discipline. Conduct in-depth market research to identify untapped opportunities and whitespace accounts. Develop and execute outbound prospecting strategies to add new logos in the territory. Act as primary relationship owner for key accounts ensuring retention and growth. Contribute competitive intelligence and market insights to the broader sales team. Negotiate commercial agreements, pricing structures, and SLAs aligned to business objectives. Partner with marketing on joint GTM campaigns, events, and lead generation programmes. Candidate Requirements: Advanced competency in analytical tools, reporting platforms, and role-specific technology. Sound understanding of organisational dynamics and stakeholder management in complex environments. Effective presentation skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas with clarity. 5+ years of experience with demonstrated progression in scope, complexity, and responsibility. Leadership experience with a track record of guiding teams, projects, or cross-functional initiatives. Commitment to professional ethics, confidentiality, and the highest standards of conduct.
