Position: Seasonal Sales Associate-NEWPORT CENTRE We seek a dedicated and solutions-focused Seasonal Sales Associate-NEWPORT CENTRE to join our cross-functional, high-performing team. Duties and Accountabilities: Develop strategic account plans with clear objectives, stakeholder maps, and revenue targets. Develop and execute territory and account plans to achieve and exceed sales targets. Track pipeline, forecasts, and activities in CRM tools and deliver regular performance updates. Identify customer needs and recommend customised solutions to maximise value. Deliver compelling product presentations, demos, and negotiations for B2B and B2C clients. Manage upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the existing customer base. Coordinate with legal and finance teams on contract terms, pricing, and deal closure. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, distributors, and decision-makers. Key Skills and Qualifications: Critical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate insights into clear actions. Commitment to professional ethics, confidentiality, and the highest standards of conduct. 5+ years of experience with demonstrated progression in scope, complexity, and responsibility. Leadership experience with a track record of guiding teams, projects, or cross-functional initiatives. Advanced competency in analytical tools, reporting platforms, and role-specific technology. Sound understanding of organisational dynamics and stakeholder management in complex environments. Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue and quota targets.
