Position: Sales, National Accounts We invite a proactive and capable Sales, National Accounts to lead and execute within a collaborative, agile environment. Scope of Responsibilities: Monitor market trends, competition, and customer feedback to sharpen sales strategy. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, distributors, and decision-makers. Identify customer needs and recommend customised solutions to maximise value. Develop strategic account plans with clear objectives, stakeholder maps, and revenue targets. Deliver compelling product presentations, demos, and negotiations for B2B and B2C clients. Prospect, qualify, and develop new business opportunities through outreach and networking. Coordinate with legal and finance teams on contract terms, pricing, and deal closure. Develop and execute territory and account plans to achieve and exceed sales targets. Competencies and Qualifications: Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple concurrent responsibilities. Proficiency in relevant software and digital tools specific to the functional area. Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline; master's degree or professional certification is preferred. Commitment to ongoing professional learning and industry knowledge enhancement. At least 24 years of hands-on experience in a comparable professional setting. Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with a client-service orientation. Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue and quota targets.
