Responsibilities Include: Develop and execute territory and account plans to achieve and exceed sales targets. Track pipeline, forecasts, and activities in CRM tools and deliver regular performance updates. Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams to ensure a seamless buyer journey. Monitor market trends, competition, and customer feedback to sharpen sales strategy. Deliver compelling product presentations, demos, and negotiations for B2B and B2C clients. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, distributors, and decision-makers. Develop strategic account plans with clear objectives, stakeholder maps, and revenue targets. Manage upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the existing customer base. Skills and Qualifications: 26 years of relevant industry experience with evidence of increasing responsibility. Hands-on experience with tools, software, and platforms standard to the profession. Demonstrated teamwork skills and the ability to build trust and rapport across functions. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills across all organisational levels. Familiarity with regulatory, compliance, or quality frameworks applicable to the industry. A structured, results-driven approach with the ability to meet defined milestones consistently. Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue and quota targets.
