Position: District Sales Manager, Melons - Northeast and Mid-West Region A dynamic organisation seeks an experienced District Sales Manager, Melons - Northeast and Mid-West Region to take on a multifaceted and impactful role. Role Responsibilities: Conduct regular business reviews and present value realisation reports to clients. Support the development of sales collateral, case studies, and pitch decks. Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities within assigned market segments. Develop and execute outbound prospecting strategies to add new logos in the territory. Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline with rigorous funnel hygiene and CRM discipline. Act as primary relationship owner for key accounts ensuring retention and growth. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quota with consistent performance delivery. Coordinate with delivery, operations, and product teams to resolve client escalations. Education and Experience Requirements: A bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field; postgraduate qualifications are an added advantage. Minimum 35 years of progressive professional experience in a comparable role. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate complex challenges. Experience collaborating within cross-functional teams and matrix organisational structures. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; fluency in English is essential. Demonstrated proficiency with industry-standard tools, platforms, and methodologies. Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue and quota targets.
