Position: Director, Regional Sales We invite a proactive and capable Director, Regional Sales to lead and execute within a collaborative, agile environment. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams to ensure a seamless buyer journey. Identify customer needs and recommend customised solutions to maximise value. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, distributors, and decision-makers. Develop strategic account plans with clear objectives, stakeholder maps, and revenue targets. Coordinate with legal and finance teams on contract terms, pricing, and deal closure. Deliver compelling product presentations, demos, and negotiations for B2B and B2C clients. Prospect, qualify, and develop new business opportunities through outreach and networking. Develop and execute territory and account plans to achieve and exceed sales targets. Qualifications and Requirements: Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a deadline-driven, dynamic environment. Experience collaborating within cross-functional teams and matrix organisational structures. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; fluency in English is essential. Minimum 35 years of progressive professional experience in a comparable role. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate complex challenges. A bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field; postgraduate qualifications are an added advantage. Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue and quota targets.
