Position: Sales Director, Strategic Partnerships - SailGP We are looking for a strategic and detail-oriented Sales Director, Strategic Partnerships - SailGP to deliver excellence across key functions. The incumbent will operate in a structured yet agile environment that prioritises quality and professional growth. Scope of Responsibilities: Manage upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the existing customer base. Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams to ensure a seamless buyer journey. Identify customer needs and recommend customised solutions to maximise value. Monitor market trends, competition, and customer feedback to sharpen sales strategy. Represent the organisation at trade events, industry conferences, and client meetings. Track pipeline, forecasts, and activities in CRM tools and deliver regular performance updates. Develop strategic account plans with clear objectives, stakeholder maps, and revenue targets. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, distributors, and decision-makers. Competencies and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline; master's degree or professional certification is preferred. Commitment to ongoing professional learning and industry knowledge enhancement. Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple concurrent responsibilities. At least 24 years of hands-on experience in a comparable professional setting. Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to synthesise and present complex information clearly. Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue and quota targets.
