Position: Industrial Automation Sales Engineer Our organisation invites applications from accomplished professionals for the role of Industrial Automation Sales Engineer. Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Develop and execute outbound prospecting strategies to add new logos in the territory. Partner with marketing on joint GTM campaigns, events, and lead generation programmes. Conduct regular business reviews and present value realisation reports to clients. Support the development of sales collateral, case studies, and pitch decks. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quota with consistent performance delivery. Contribute competitive intelligence and market insights to the broader sales team. Conduct in-depth market research to identify untapped opportunities and whitespace accounts. Coordinate with delivery, operations, and product teams to resolve client escalations. Required Qualifications: Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with a client-service orientation. Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to synthesise and present complex information clearly. Proficiency in relevant software and digital tools specific to the functional area. At least 24 years of hands-on experience in a comparable professional setting. Commitment to ongoing professional learning and industry knowledge enhancement. Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue and quota targets.
