Position: Junior Sales Associate Our firm seeks a competent and professional Junior Sales Associate for a critical role in a high-performance environment. Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Act as primary relationship owner for key accounts ensuring retention and growth. Negotiate commercial agreements, pricing structures, and SLAs aligned to business objectives. Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline with rigorous funnel hygiene and CRM discipline. Coordinate with delivery, operations, and product teams to resolve client escalations. Conduct in-depth market research to identify untapped opportunities and whitespace accounts. Conduct regular business reviews and present value realisation reports to clients. Contribute competitive intelligence and market insights to the broader sales team. Partner with marketing on joint GTM campaigns, events, and lead generation programmes. Required Qualifications: Proficiency in relevant software and digital tools specific to the functional area. Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with a client-service orientation. Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple concurrent responsibilities. Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline; master's degree or professional certification is preferred. At least 24 years of hands-on experience in a comparable professional setting.
