Position: Executive Assistant to Sales Managers Our organisation invites applications from accomplished professionals for the role of Executive Assistant to Sales Managers. This position is embedded within a high-functioning team that prizes collaboration, innovation, and quality. Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Conduct regular business reviews and present value realisation reports to clients. Coordinate with delivery, operations, and product teams to resolve client escalations. Support the development of sales collateral, case studies, and pitch decks. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quota with consistent performance delivery. Act as primary relationship owner for key accounts ensuring retention and growth. Develop and execute outbound prospecting strategies to add new logos in the territory. Partner with marketing on joint GTM campaigns, events, and lead generation programmes. Conduct in-depth market research to identify untapped opportunities and whitespace accounts. Required Qualifications: Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple concurrent responsibilities. At least 24 years of hands-on experience in a comparable professional setting. Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to synthesise and present complex information clearly. Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline; master's degree or professional certification is preferred. Proficiency in relevant software and digital tools specific to the functional area. Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with a client-service orientation. Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue and quota targets.
