Scope of Responsibilities: Ensure all activities comply with health, safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements. Develop, implement, and monitor operational policies, procedures, and performance standards. Manage vendor relationships, SLAs, and contract performance obligations consistently. Identify and resolve bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and operational risks proactively. Support capacity planning, resource scheduling, and workforce optimisation activities. Manage budgets, capital expenditure, and operational expenditure for assigned areas. Oversee daily operational activities to ensure seamless delivery and sustained efficiency. Coordinate with supply chain, logistics, finance, and departments for integrated operations. Competencies and Qualifications: Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to synthesise and present complex information clearly. Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline; master's degree or professional certification is preferred. At least 24 years of hands-on experience in a comparable professional setting. Commitment to ongoing professional learning and industry knowledge enhancement. Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple concurrent responsibilities. Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with a client-service orientation. Leadership experience with a proven ability to build and sustain high-performing teams.
