Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure regulatory policy compliance. Monitor operational KPIs and deliver regular performance reports to senior leadership. Education and Experience Requirements: Experience collaborating within cross-functional teams and matrix organisational structures. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; fluency in English is essential. High degree of professionalism, integrity, and alignment with organisational values. A bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field; postgraduate qualifications are an added advantage. Demonstrated proficiency with industry-standard tools, platforms, and methodologies. Minimum 35 years of progressive professional experience in a comparable role. Leadership experience with a proven ability to build and sustain high-performing teams.
