Position: Store Development - Regional Facilities Manager We are currently recruiting a results-oriented Store Development - Regional Facilities Manager to strengthen our high-performing team. Role Responsibilities: Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure integrated execution of initiatives. Lead and oversee day-to-day operations of the assigned unit with full accountability. Build productive relationships with internal teams, clients, vendors, and stakeholders. Develop and implement strategic plans, policies, and KPIs to achieve organisational goals. Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure regulatory policy compliance. Monitor operational KPIs and deliver regular performance reports to senior leadership. Ensure all operations are conducted with the highest standards of integrity and quality. Conduct structured performance reviews and support development of direct reports. Education and Experience Requirements: Experience collaborating within cross-functional teams and matrix organisational structures. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; fluency in English is essential. High degree of professionalism, integrity, and alignment with organisational values. A bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field; postgraduate qualifications are an added advantage. Demonstrated proficiency with industry-standard tools, platforms, and methodologies. Minimum 35 years of progressive professional experience in a comparable role. Leadership experience with a proven ability to build and sustain high-performing teams.
