Scope of Responsibilities: Manage content calendars, editorial workflows, and campaign delivery schedules. Track competitor activity and digital trends to identify strategic opportunities and pivots. Analyse campaign performance and optimise strategy based on data-driven insights. Oversee SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social initiatives to drive leads and engagement. Present detailed performance reports and strategic recommendations to senior leadership. Manage relationships with agencies, influencers, and media partners for campaign reach. Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels. Develop brand identity guidelines and ensure consistency across all customer touchpoints. Competencies and Qualifications: At least 24 years of hands-on experience in a comparable professional setting. Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with a client-service orientation. Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple concurrent responsibilities. Commitment to ongoing professional learning and industry knowledge enhancement. Proficiency in relevant software and digital tools specific to the functional area. Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, HubSpot, and web analytics platforms.
