Position: Manager, Social Media & Audience Engagement An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a talented Manager, Social Media & Audience Engagement to contribute to our mission. Key Responsibilities: Manage relationships with agencies, influencers, and media partners for campaign reach. Collaborate with creative, product, and sales teams on cohesive brand messaging. Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels. Oversee SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social initiatives to drive leads and engagement. Monitor marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective resource allocation across channels. Analyse campaign performance and optimise strategy based on data-driven insights. Build and manage marketing automation workflows for lead nurturing and audience segmentation. Present detailed performance reports and strategic recommendations to senior leadership. Qualifications and Requirements: Demonstrated proficiency with industry-standard tools, platforms, and methodologies. High degree of professionalism, integrity, and alignment with organisational values. Experience collaborating within cross-functional teams and matrix organisational structures. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate complex challenges. A bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field; postgraduate qualifications are an added advantage. Minimum 35 years of progressive professional experience in a comparable role. Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, HubSpot, and web analytics platforms.
