Position: Influencer Marketing Manager, Urban Music We are on the lookout for a well-rounded Influencer Marketing Manager, Urban Music to contribute to our operational and strategic priorities. Scope of Responsibilities: Manage content calendars, editorial workflows, and campaign delivery schedules. Collaborate with creative, product, and sales teams on cohesive brand messaging. Develop brand identity guidelines and ensure consistency across all customer touchpoints. Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels. Build and manage marketing automation workflows for lead nurturing and audience segmentation. Analyse campaign performance and optimise strategy based on data-driven insights. Track competitor activity and digital trends to identify strategic opportunities and pivots. Manage relationships with agencies, influencers, and media partners for campaign reach. Competencies and Qualifications: At least 24 years of hands-on experience in a comparable professional setting. Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline; master's degree or professional certification is preferred. Commitment to ongoing professional learning and industry knowledge enhancement. Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with a client-service orientation. Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple concurrent responsibilities. Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, HubSpot, and web analytics platforms.
