Position: Community Manager We are currently recruiting a results-oriented Community Manager to strengthen our high-performing team. Principal Responsibilities: Report on ROI, CPL, CPA, and engagement metrics to senior stakeholders regularly. Develop community engagement strategies to grow and activate brand social audiences. Build influencer marketing programmes aligned to brand values and target audience. Develop email programmes with strong segmentation, personalisation, and A/B testing. Execute data-driven PPC and display advertising campaigns with clear KPI ownership. Drive SEO strategy through keyword research, on-page optimisation, and technical audits. Manage brand presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and Twitter/X. Manage affiliate, partner, and co-marketing programmes to drive qualified traffic. Candidate Requirements: Advanced competency in analytical tools, reporting platforms, and role-specific technology. Effective presentation skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas with clarity. Sound understanding of organisational dynamics and stakeholder management in complex environments. Recognised qualification in the relevant professional field at the undergraduate or graduate level. 5+ years of experience with demonstrated progression in scope, complexity, and responsibility. Commitment to professional ethics, confidentiality, and the highest standards of conduct. Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, HubSpot, and web analytics platforms.
