Monitor regulatory developments and advise the business on compliance obligations. Maintain a comprehensive contract repository and manage contract lifecycle processes. Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, NDAs, and vendor agreements. Advise on intellectual property, data privacy, and cybersecurity legal requirements. Manage legal budgets and cost-effectively coordinate external legal counsel relationships. Provide legal guidance on contracts, commercial agreements, and regulatory requirements.
