Position: Privacy and Compliance Health Care Professional 3 (Privacy Program Analyst) We are expanding our team and seek a driven Privacy and Compliance Health Care Professional 3 (Privacy Program Analyst) who brings expertise, initiative, and professionalism. Key Responsibilities: Maintain a comprehensive contract repository and manage contract lifecycle processes. Prepare and present legal risk reports and compliance dashboards to senior leadership. Manage litigation, disputes, and legal escalations in coordination with external counsel. Liaise with regulatory authorities, government bodies, and industry associations. Manage legal budgets and cost-effectively coordinate external legal counsel relationships. Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, NDAs, and vendor agreements. Conduct internal investigations and manage disciplinary and grievance proceedings. Provide legal guidance on contracts, commercial agreements, and regulatory requirements. Qualifications and Requirements: Minimum 35 years of progressive professional experience in a comparable role. A bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field; postgraduate qualifications are an added advantage. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; fluency in English is essential. Experience collaborating within cross-functional teams and matrix organisational structures. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate complex challenges. Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a deadline-driven, dynamic environment. Law degree (LLB/LLM) and sound understanding of corporate law, contracts, and Indian regulations.
