Maintain a comprehensive contract repository and manage contract lifecycle processes. Monitor regulatory developments and advise the business on compliance obligations. Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, NDAs, and vendor agreements. Manage litigation, disputes, and legal escalations in coordination with external counsel. Provide legal guidance on contracts, commercial agreements, and regulatory requirements. Professional Requirements: Hands-on experience with tools, software, and platforms standard to the profession. Demonstrated teamwork skills and the ability to build trust and rapport across functions. Willingness to travel, adapt, and take on additional responsibilities as the business demands. Familiarity with regulatory, compliance, or quality frameworks applicable to the industry. 26 years of relevant industry experience with evidence of increasing responsibility. Bachelor's or master's degree in a related discipline with strong academic and professional credentials. Law degree (LLB/LLM) and sound understanding of corporate law, contracts, and Indian regulations.
