Position: Jr. Legal Analyst We are currently recruiting a results-oriented Jr. Legal Analyst to strengthen our high-performing team. Role Responsibilities: Monitor regulatory developments and advise the business on compliance obligations. Support M&A due diligence, corporate restructuring, and regulatory approval processes. Develop and implement compliance frameworks, policies, and training programmes. Advise on intellectual property, data privacy, and cybersecurity legal requirements. Manage legal budgets and cost-effectively coordinate external legal counsel relationships. Manage litigation, disputes, and legal escalations in coordination with external counsel. Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, NDAs, and vendor agreements. Provide legal guidance on contracts, commercial agreements, and regulatory requirements. Education and Experience Requirements: Minimum 35 years of progressive professional experience in a comparable role. Demonstrated proficiency with industry-standard tools, platforms, and methodologies. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; fluency in English is essential. Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a deadline-driven, dynamic environment. High degree of professionalism, integrity, and alignment with organisational values. A bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field; postgraduate qualifications are an added advantage. Law degree (LLB/LLM) and sound understanding of corporate law, contracts, and Indian regulations.
