Position: Information Technology Intern We are looking for a strategic and detail-oriented Information Technology Intern to deliver excellence across key functions. Core Responsibilities: Manage IT security controls including firewalls, access management, and vulnerability patching. Assess technology needs and deliver fit-for-purpose IT solutions across business units. Manage vendor contracts, SLAs, and service delivery for hardware and managed services. Design, implement, and manage on-premise and cloud-based network and server environments. Lead infrastructure upgrade programmes including server refresh and network redesign. Evaluate and recommend technology modernisation initiatives to strengthen the IT landscape. Monitor system performance and availability through proactive incident management. Deploy and administer enterprise applications, ERP platforms, and integration middleware. Minimum Qualifications: Strong project management capabilities with experience in agile or structured methodologies. Superior writing and communication skills with experience preparing executive-level documents. Collaborative, proactive, and able to operate effectively with minimal supervision. Expertise in applying quantitative and qualitative methods to support evidence-based decisions. Relevant undergraduate or postgraduate degree aligned with the role's core responsibilities. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate, high-quality deliverables. Certifications such as CCNA, ITIL, CompTIA Security+, AWS/Azure are highly desirable.
