Manage IT security controls including firewalls, access management, and vulnerability patching. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for IT infrastructure and end-user systems. Develop and maintain IT documentation, configuration management, and asset inventory. Evaluate and recommend technology modernisation initiatives to strengthen the IT landscape. Design, implement, and manage on-premise and cloud-based network and server environments. Monitor system performance and availability through proactive incident management. Ensure compliance with data protection laws, IT audit standards, and governance frameworks. Competencies and Qualifications: Commitment to ongoing professional learning and industry knowledge enhancement. Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple concurrent responsibilities. Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with a client-service orientation. Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. At least 24 years of hands-on experience in a comparable professional setting. Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to synthesise and present complex information clearly. Certifications such as CCNA, ITIL, CompTIA Security+, AWS/Azure are highly desirable.
