Position: IT Operations and Fulfillment Systems Lead A dynamic organisation seeks an experienced IT Operations and Fulfillment Systems Lead to take on a multifaceted and impactful role. Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Develop and maintain disaster recovery plans, BCP documentation, and RTO/RPO targets. Build security awareness programmes and conduct periodic phishing and vulnerability simulations. Partner with application teams on infrastructure scalability, resilience, and cost optimisation. Lead digital transformation initiatives including cloud migration and self-service IT deployment. Implement automation across IT operations to reduce manual effort and improve reliability. Oversee SOC operations, threat intelligence, and incident response for cybersecurity events. Report IT risk, compliance posture, and infrastructure health to senior leadership. Manage the IT budget, capex planning, and vendor negotiations for cost efficiency. Required Qualifications: Proficiency in relevant software and digital tools specific to the functional area. Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to synthesise and present complex information clearly. Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with a client-service orientation. Commitment to ongoing professional learning and industry knowledge enhancement. Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline; master's degree or professional certification is preferred. Certifications such as CCNA, ITIL, CompTIA Security+, AWS/Azure are highly desirable.
