Position: Credit Services Supervisor A distinguished opportunity awaits a seasoned Credit Services Supervisor within our progressive, innovation-led organisation. Principal Responsibilities: Implement automation across IT operations to reduce manual effort and improve reliability. Lead digital transformation initiatives including cloud migration and self-service IT deployment. Manage the IT budget, capex planning, and vendor negotiations for cost efficiency. Drive adoption of ITIL service management practices to improve IT quality and efficiency. Build security awareness programmes and conduct periodic phishing and vulnerability simulations. Develop and maintain disaster recovery plans, BCP documentation, and RTO/RPO targets. Architect and manage hybrid cloud environments across AWS, Azure, or GCP. Define and enforce IT security policies, zero-trust architecture, and ITSM best practices. Candidate Requirements: Leadership experience with a track record of guiding teams, projects, or cross-functional initiatives. Critical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate insights into clear actions. Recognised qualification in the relevant professional field at the undergraduate or graduate level. Advanced competency in analytical tools, reporting platforms, and role-specific technology. Commitment to professional ethics, confidentiality, and the highest standards of conduct. 5+ years of experience with demonstrated progression in scope, complexity, and responsibility.
