Main Accountabilities: Develop IT governance frameworks aligned to ISO 27001 and NIST guidelines. Partner with application teams on infrastructure scalability, resilience, and cost optimisation. Develop and maintain disaster recovery plans, BCP documentation, and RTO/RPO targets. Lead digital transformation initiatives including cloud migration and self-service IT deployment. Drive adoption of ITIL service management practices to improve IT quality and efficiency. Architect and manage hybrid cloud environments across AWS, Azure, or GCP. Manage the IT budget, capex planning, and vendor negotiations for cost efficiency. Implement automation across IT operations to reduce manual effort and improve reliability. Essential Skills and Experience: Relevant undergraduate or postgraduate degree aligned with the role's core responsibilities. 4+ years of experience with a demonstrated track record of growth and professional impact. Strong project management capabilities with experience in agile or structured methodologies. Superior writing and communication skills with experience preparing executive-level documents. Knowledge of applicable regulatory frameworks, industry standards, and compliance requirements. Collaborative, proactive, and able to operate effectively with minimal supervision.
