Position: Credit Risk Analyst Our firm seeks a competent and professional Credit Risk Analyst for a critical role in a high-performance environment. Main Accountabilities: Define and enforce IT security policies, zero-trust architecture, and ITSM best practices. Build security awareness programmes and conduct periodic phishing and vulnerability simulations. Develop IT governance frameworks aligned to ISO 27001 and NIST guidelines. Implement automation across IT operations to reduce manual effort and improve reliability. Partner with application teams on infrastructure scalability, resilience, and cost optimisation. Drive adoption of ITIL service management practices to improve IT quality and efficiency. Report IT risk, compliance posture, and infrastructure health to senior leadership. Develop and maintain disaster recovery plans, BCP documentation, and RTO/RPO targets. Essential Skills and Experience: Strong project management capabilities with experience in agile or structured methodologies. Superior writing and communication skills with experience preparing executive-level documents. 4+ years of experience with a demonstrated track record of growth and professional impact. Expertise in applying quantitative and qualitative methods to support evidence-based decisions. Knowledge of applicable regulatory frameworks, industry standards, and compliance requirements. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate, high-quality deliverables. Certifications such as CCNA, ITIL, CompTIA Security+, AWS/Azure are highly desirable.
