Position: Cloud Engineer (all levels) We seek a dedicated and solutions-focused Cloud Engineer (all levels) to join our cross-functional, high-performing team. Responsibilities Include: Monitor system performance and availability through proactive incident management. Deploy and administer enterprise applications, ERP platforms, and integration middleware. Manage vendor contracts, SLAs, and service delivery for hardware and managed services. Manage IT security controls including firewalls, access management, and vulnerability patching. Lead infrastructure upgrade programmes including server refresh and network redesign. Ensure compliance with data protection laws, IT audit standards, and governance frameworks. Deliver IT literacy training and security awareness programmes to end users. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for IT infrastructure and end-user systems. Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's or master's degree in a related discipline with strong academic and professional credentials. Demonstrated teamwork skills and the ability to build trust and rapport across functions. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills across all organisational levels. Willingness to travel, adapt, and take on additional responsibilities as the business demands. Familiarity with regulatory, compliance, or quality frameworks applicable to the industry. Hands-on experience with tools, software, and platforms standard to the profession. Certifications such as CCNA, ITIL, CompTIA Security+, AWS/Azure are highly desirable.
