Position: Business Unit Manager We are seeking a highly qualified and motivated Business Unit Manager to join our dynamic and growing team. Key Responsibilities: Manage vendor contracts, SLAs, and service delivery for hardware and managed services. Develop and maintain IT documentation, configuration management, and asset inventory. Deploy and administer enterprise applications, ERP platforms, and integration middleware. Manage IT security controls including firewalls, access management, and vulnerability patching. Lead infrastructure upgrade programmes including server refresh and network redesign. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for IT infrastructure and end-user systems. Assess technology needs and deliver fit-for-purpose IT solutions across business units. Deliver IT literacy training and security awareness programmes to end users. Qualifications and Requirements: Minimum 35 years of progressive professional experience in a comparable role. Experience collaborating within cross-functional teams and matrix organisational structures. A bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field; postgraduate qualifications are an added advantage. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate complex challenges. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; fluency in English is essential. High degree of professionalism, integrity, and alignment with organisational values. Certifications such as CCNA, ITIL, CompTIA Security+, AWS/Azure are highly desirable.
